Have you ever gone to your own blog hoping that there will be a new post, even though you know you haven't done one recently? oh....just me?

I was just telling Dean last night that blogging is a little bit of a two-edged sword for me because when I stop posting and people stop coming I get sad about that, but when I take time to post a) other important things don't get accomplished and b) I will obsessively check my stats to see if anyone has come to read it.
(But I also re-read a post on my own blog last night from last winter when Rose got a spinal tap, and was really glad I wrote down all the details back then, since they were all hazy by now. So I guess a blog actually can work as family history. Also it can work for reminding me just how tough last winter was and make me dread the coming one all the more.)
Did you get a trampoline? If so, we're inviting ourselves over.

Darn, it's not our trampoline. Of course, everyone is invited to come over and play anyway. Only, we currently have only 3 billion leaves to jump on,(however, some assembly is required before jumping is possible).
And, Z, I think that you have described me feelings about blogging exactly!
