Withdrawal

After three days of eating pie for breakfast on top of the last several weeks of regular and shameless sneaking of the "good" candy from the kids' halloween bags, today there is pretty much nothing left in the house in the sugar and chocolate departments except Tootsie Rolls .....and so I must be having a bit of withdrawal because I actually ate one. It's time to bring on the Christmas season desserts!

Sorry to leave so many comments. Its like I am a solo traveler, trapped here with my laundry piles and dirty bathrooms, and so when I find an outlet I just can't seem to shut up.
But...ME TOO.
I think I need to go through sugar detox, and I am serious about that.

Tootsies is low. I think thats equal to trying to get a buzz off Robotussin. Not that I haven't had a Tootsie myself in these dry weeks...

Okay speaking of sugar detox, on NPR yesterday there was something about fasting (from food, not water) once or twice a month may be helpful in getting over sugar addictions. I may try this, because I really am addicted.

You are hilarious. I understand completely. I took a 2 year old trick-or-treating this year. How much of that candy do you think made it to him? Um, not much. But his dad and I sure enjoyed it!
