Here goes. Since I was starting to feel as though I was pretty much the only one left in my demographic without a blog (or an iPod or a Honda Odessey for that matter), I thought that it was about time I followed the crowd.
And then, last Saturday night Adam and I and the kids pulled into Target and the lot was packed (you know what I'm talking about). But there it was--front row and not handicap-accessible only--a wide open Doris Day parking spot. Pretty sweet. And where else can one unabashedly share such meaningful life-moments like that? Welcome to blogging.
Oh, and I'll be sure to let you all know when we get that Honda Odessey too.

HOORAY!!!! HOORAY!!!!
I love the name. I love it.
I am so excited!!!!
PS I will never ever ever ever ever be able to watch anything with Doris Day without thinking of you!
Thanks Anna. I feel as though this whole endeavor is all your fault!
And, of course, I can't watch anything with Doris Day without thinking of you either. Good times!
Ok - I do have a blog (as of only a couple of months), and a minivan (Toyota - sorry no Odessey here), but I don't have an iPod either! If it makes you feel any better.
Welcome to the blogosphere! Can't wait to see your fun updates.
Hi! I'm so happy to see you're here. I think I started my blog about the same time you started yours -- just in time for it to be old hat for everyone else. :) I do have an iPod, although it took me about 2.5 years to get around to getting it after I decided I wanted one. (Dean was sure I would be happy with a shuffle, but my younger sibs said I'd want more storage than that, and I couldn't decide who to believe. I'm so glad I got the larger one and not the shuffle. I love it -- my favorite uses are for listening to "This American Life" and other talk radio/recorded books on long drives, and also The Book of Mormon when we're shuttling the kids places.)
No Honda Odyssey here, though.
