Saul turns one!
Happy birthday to the boy
who might just be the sweetest baby ever.
He had balloons.
He had a bath by himself.
(free from a big sister complaining about his excellent splashing)
He had a free-for-all with a tissue box.
(you know, the magical kind where the tissue just reappears!)
He was allowed to play
I-will-keep-dropping-this-toy-from-my-highchair
over and over.
And he discovered sugar.
(in a very delicious piece of cake that was very quickly devoured)
If he could talk, I have no doubt that he would have said
that this was the best day of his entire life.

He is adorable. I don't know if I've ever seen such a scrumptious baby. It's those cheeks.
And that cake looks scrumptious with that gorgeous blue frosting.

I loooove the one year old covered in birthday cake look. It suits him fine! Look at all those teeth! I didn't notice those the last time I saw him. Too cute!
Oh my goodness! He is soooo cute. I want him for my birthday. And one?!?! When did that happen? Weren't we just in NY last year? What a cutie!
His smile after eating the cake makes me laugh so hard. I love, love, love it. Happy Birthday Saul. I don't know what we would do with out him.
He looks like the "sweetest baby ever!" What a cutie! It makes me miss my little sweet baby Isaac. He had a similar build :-) Way to go on providing a fabulous celebration for a big milestone.
